TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By reading or submitting anything to The United Credit Authority you attest and agree without conditions:

1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of any material and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.

2. You are the original creator of the material you submit, no one else may have a legal claim to your work, and have no knowledge of using any information, documentation, pictures, video, or any other media/text that may not be owned by you 100%.

3. The information you submit is owned by or created by someone else and they have given explicit authorization for you to submit the information to The United Credit Authority without condition. And, they too have read the disclaimer, the privacy notice, and the terms and conditions of service and fully agree to them without condition.

4. The information you are submitting is public information and therefore falls under the Freedom of Information Act and neither you or The United Credit Authority or any of its employees and/or affiliates may be held liable for any claim brought against you or The United Credit Authority for any reason.

5. The information that is submitted has been credited by a source with name, company name, website, and phone (if available), so that proper credit can be given to the author of the work.

Anything submitted to The United Credit Authority, you give unconditional permission for us to publish your submission on our website; and it may be distributed to anyone at any time, place, or through any medium The United Credit Authority may determine relevant for the life of the submission. If we republish your submission we will give the author of the work 100% credit and we will abide by the terms and conditions of service at all times.

By submitting anything to The United Credit Authority, you also declare that we will have (enforce for the lifetime of the information submitted) unconditional permission for your submission to be reprinted in any other medium. We ask anyone who is publishing any submission to follow our reprint rules as stated below. You also acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms and conditions of service, against anyone who may bring any claim against you, is at your risk 100% and we have no legal obligation to take any action whatsoever. If someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. You will also hold harmless, The United Credit Authority and its employees, from any and all claims that may arise out of any legal action taken against you due to negligence or infringement, but not solely limited to just those forms of legal action. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit anything to us.

It will be The United Credit Authority's sole discretion as to whether your submission is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. We reserve the right to remove your submission(s) at any time for any reason.

You acknowledge that The United Credit Authority or its employees do not pay for submissions to our site and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article or review. The primary reason for submitting your submission to our site is for the chance to maximize your exposure across many different mediums and to keep the community well informed of new things in the industry. While our site receives many of unique visitors monthly, there are no guarantees your article will be reprinted by anyone.

The United Credit Authority reserves the right to publish ads on submissions and anywhere else we may see fit on our site at any times. We are 100% advertiser funded and driven, without them we would not exist.

You also attest and guarantee that anything that is submitted to The United Credit Authority is free of any virus, malware, spyware, and malicious scripting that may cause harm to our system or anyone else viewing and/or downloading your submission. You also agree that your submission will be 100% free of any pop-ups.

Reprint Terms: If you intend to republish a submission or article from this site, you MUST link back to this site (The United Credit Authority) and name The United Credit Authority as the source of the publication on the internet or internal intranet. You MUST also credit the author of the submission or article. If the author of the submission has met all of the terms and conditions of service noted here, you MUST link back to his/her domain if it is present in the submission or article. You may not republish work under the guise of it being work you have created (infringement, etc...) or you may not rewrite a portion of the submission or article; if you choose to republish the article it must be done so in full, in its entirety, and without removing anything at all (unless specific permission, in writing has been given by the author and The United Credit Authority). If your republication is in print you MUST print the above referenced information in your article. We do not require that you have our permission to republish anything on this site, however you MUST follow the terms and conditions of service just like everyone else.
